Even though we have so many games and gaming platforms out there, the Nintendo Switch 2 has so far become the favorite among gamers. Not only that, it has also become one of the best financial success so far. It’s likely exceeding Nintendo’s forecasts despite supply issues.
Many analysts are coming forward since the inception of Nintendo Switch 2 games. One has to say that the game seems to be falling on third party gaming. Although, it enjoyed or attracted hundreds of gamers at the launch of Borderlands 4, Cyberpunk 2077, etc, it is being predicted that the above trend might slow down in the time to come.
Well, the core reason behind this is that it is not being able to attract most 3rd party game developers and could therefore impact negatively Switch 2 as long as it lifecycle goes on like this.
Switch 2’s Success At Risk If Third-Party Support Lags, Analyst Predicts

Looking at the above trend as surfaced by developers like Morningstar, he simply shared some crucial updates with Bloomberg and noted down his concerns. It clearly indicates that a definite boom is not looking visible than an already expected console launch. They have warned that these happen to be a sign that looks to unveil for Nintendo.
It has already been stated that Switch 2 needs to become a better and far more attractive platform for other developers. And this is where I feel it to be a major concern. Developers like Ito also find it hard on Switch 2 when they help others know about the drawbacks of this game in both digital and physical versions.
As per Bloomberg, developers are expecting Nintendo to release different cartridges with somewhat lesser storage space. It will obviously help other lower intensive games to become cheaper.
The present scenario is such that developers are keeping an eye to check if Nintendo is working in a direction to help them. The platform has so far seems to have attracted a few hit games, including ports of Resident Evil 7 , Resident Evil: Village, and Resident Evil Requiem.
