Tomb Raider TV Series which is better known as Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is basically an animated series which is full of adventure and action.
The entire series has been created on the basis of a video game by the bame Tomb Raider by none other than Crystal Dynamics. It stars Hayley Atwell in the voice of Lara Croft.
The series is bound to continue with the same momentum as it was once commenced in the year 2013. It will showcase different events of the game Shadow of the Tomb Raider released in 2018.
It all happened on October 10, 2024 when the series was first premiered on Netflix. It was then renewed for its 2nd season but then called to be the final season that was set to premiere on December 11, 2025.

Regarding the details of the series, Story Kitchen is known to be the production company behind its production which worked in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios. As per the latest details, they have published some updates on their portal.
As per the update, the current participation will work together on the simple concept which is also known as the “reimagining of the Lara Croft universe.”
As of now, the agreement is described as a large-scale reinvention, tying a new live-action TV series to upcoming video games so as to craft a cohesive, shared narrative universe,” the website says.
Tomb Raider Universe to Be Rebuilt Through an Ambitious Reimagining
Being a follower of the series, you might be aware that Tomb Raider franchise is currently divided across multiple separate continuities. You can spot the Angelina Jolie movies, reboot trilogy, and the original games.
You can also find Tob Raider premiered in 2024, also known as Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft. Therefore, Story Kitchen’s plan to link everything into one universe leaves open the question of which games will actually be included.
You can also find another part of e series where you can find it “reinvent the franchise on a massive scale.” Even when the series has been announced, no details except the presence of Turner is known as of now.
Now, the question arises if there will be any change that Lara originally performed in the game. It’s because we already know that she has saved the entire world many times by fighting with T-Rex.
The current update says that Amazon would be putting itself at a major disadvantage if it attempted to reshape the TV series around the reboot trilogy.
The most possible set up can be that it might witness yet another reboot along with the Amazon’s TV show connection to it. But nobody knows when both of them will publically come out.
