The new Battlefield shooter from Battlefield Studios has taken the gaming world by storm, with fans flocking to play the long-awaited title. After the release of Battlefield 2042 in 2021, Battlefield 6 happens to be the franchise’s long-awaited comeback, amassing just over 700,000 players on Steam.

As per the hundreds of gamers busy in playing the Battlefield 6, it proved to be a perfect game so far. But recently, they reported a major issue as they continued to pose various issues.

The major criticism was none other than the helicopter combat of Battlefield 6 for most players. It all happened after they expressed frustration over the game’s restrictive out-of-bounds timers, which make aerial battles difficult to manage.

After so much criticism, EA confirmed the latest Battlefield 6 bug fix through the game’s official “Battlefield Comms” social media update. Developers have now fixed an issue in Battlefield 6 where jump momentum would sometimes drop when players carried specific weapons.

The fix has now been implemented globally across all platforms which can be a sigh of relief for them. But the post could not provide more clarity of the issue. It means it didn’t specify which Battlefield 6 weapons were involved in causing a sudden change in its jump momentum.

The developers have tried to continuosly evolve a new and refreshing platform ever since Battlefield was launched. It’s because Battlefield game failed to provide all the excitement and fun that fans were expecting. This is why there was always a reason for EA and Battlefield Studios to improve the game.

As per an interaction with one of the developers in this regard, it has been come to notice that there will be another option added where players would have to wait for longer period of time to guarantee matches on specific maps.

In addition, they further teased some more plans for a server browser and matchmaking improvements, aimed at streamlining how players discover and join custom lobbies.

One thing that keeps hunting fans is the server of Battlefield 6 which has to carry a massive loads of players across the globe. Despite many efforts to ensure a smooth, queue-free launch, Battlefield 6 faced overwhelming traffic, with more than 280,000 players waiting to enter the game at peak times.

And perhaps, this is where the problerm actually started while giving tough time to players. Well, the sudden and massive surge in player activity from Battlefield 6’s launch overwhelmed EA’s app servers, resulting in lengthy downtime for hundreds of users.

The strong and early response to Battlefield 6 signals a promising future for the title as both EA and Battlefield Studios keep refining the overall experience of the game.
