There is an update for hundreds of Dispatch fans across the globe. As per the fresh update, the development team of Dispatch has announced a fresh update according to which they have shown gratitude to their fan base. It’s because they could not release a single episode even after the launch.
Ever since Dispatch launched, it started growing its fan base. Players liked it just after its two episode aired on October 22. After the first season was a hit, fans are eager to know about the second season of Dispatch.
With Laura Bailey and Aaron Paul at its helm, the episodic superhero workplace comedy stands as the foundational project of AdHoc Studio. E=Well, the studio was mainly founded in the year 2018 by dedicated members of the team.
Fans who have liked the first season of Dispatch called it to be a meaningful story that they can relate. Other reasons why it proved a hit was because of quality animation along with a robust, player-agency-focused design that magnifies the replayability of every episode.

Sustaining a dual-episode weekly release pattern, Dispatch’s first season concluded its content run on November 12, concluding with Episodes 7 and 8, prompting considerable disappointment among enthusiasts longing for more.
AdHoc Studios seem to share message regarding fans concern. Looking at the development team, they are enjoying success with over 3 million players already spread around PlayStation 5 and Steam.
We're also sad there are no new episodes this week, but thank you to the 2 million players that have joined us so far. Wouldn't be here without you.Art by Derek Stratton.
After the message or announcement was made, fans greeted the message with an ease. They simkply congratulated the team for creating such a nice episode series and wished them all the luck for the future.
Well, the support from this huge fan base doesn’t look quite surprising mainly because Dispatch is already getting loads of positive reviews from their fans and critics. So, there is no question to look down anyway.
Just like on other platforms, Dispatch is also performing great on OpenCritic, having an overall critic recommendation value of 94%.
Rounding out its achievements, Dispatch is nominated at The Game Awards 2025 for Best Debut Indie Game, albeit against formidable challengers like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Blue Prince, and Despelote.
Dispatch has so far aired its 8 episodes. One thing that makes the show great is that there exists a number of player choices that have a kind of effect regarding the ending of a plethora of Dispatch characters in question. Some of the above choices include romance.
It’s because Robert may end up with Invisigal, Blonde Blazer, or may be in a quite tricky love triangle. The ending frames Invisigal’s role as a branching variable, capable of resolving in noble heroism or sinister villainy.

The plot’s dramatic tension culminates in Episode 8, particularly in Shroud’s storyline, which forces players to deliberate whether he should receive the Astral Pulse or the high-risk prototype.
You need to check if you are able to make a great repo with Invisigal. It’s because they have been given an option to choke him to death, which finally nod to murder the father of Robert.
Even when the first path is chosen, Robert ends up violently subduing Shroud before the Superhero Defense Network takes him into custody, an ending widely suggested as the most probable canon version.

Fans may still be reflecting on the close of Dispatch season 1, yet many are already questioning whether Dispatch will return.
The development team has not committed to a continuation after episode 8. Still, AdHoc’s chief creative officer Pierre Shorette said earlier this November that the success of the debut season has pushed the team to rethink its next moves.
Aaron Paul also hopes the story continues, telling MoistCr1TiKaL in a recent YouTube appearance, I can only predict that the makers could release many more seasons of this game.”
