Pokemon Legends: Z-A happens to be the game that was awaited by millions of gamers. The wait is over now as it was launched today. As the game just launched, most gamers might wish to get it as soon as possible.
Once you get a glimpse of this game, you would be excited by all the glamour and glitz of the big city which is full of pokemon to simply catch and find as many new Mega Evolutions. At the same time, some fans might feel the excitement has already diminished.
All thanks to Game Freak’s giga and Nintendo’s leak that happened earlier this week. As per reports pouring in, some players managed to get a chance to play Pokemon Legends: Z-A for sometime even before its launch. You would feel like they might have got some extra time to know the game better, a few came back with lots more dissatisfaction than expected.

If you look at Reddit, you can find various comments on the Pokemon subreddit. One such comment which is going viral is one of the Reddit users Taco_Nacho_Burrito.
He has just written about those players who are not satisfied with the game in any of the ways. He has specifically written refarding such players who managed to get their hands on the game quite early.
The post dropped by him mainly suggests that circumfrence of Lumiose City can be readilly managed within a span of around 7 minutes. However, the actual time that falls happens to be 6.19 minutes. He highlighted that in spite of such a time span, other users are saying it’s just a small map.
Another Reddit user Taco_Nacho_Burrito further clarified that it would have no issues if the city had some depth. But they continue to split on the issue that Pokemon Legends: Z-A players would simply stuck in the simulator-esk gameplay loop and that too in the small city.
This is what he stated, “The compact map and lack of meaningful exploration have fans missing the sense of adventure they enjoyed in Arceus.
As per the various comments posted against the Pokemon franchise, Reddit users simply criticised by calling the game a “minimal viable product”.
They even accused Nintendo and Game Freak to have put very little money and other resources so as to grab maximum gains. Well, there are different complaints of users where one of them says users can most often enter only a few of the buildings and stated further that being a fanbase “give Pokémon too much leeway, no matter how many times it disappoints.”
On personal grounds, it sometimes look quite disheartning to say that Pokemon Legends: Z-A happens to be worn out. It’s because I was just checking how Game Freak could have make use of a smaller setting.
The above concept feels quite underused, and it leaves me puzzled about their choice to set the entire game within a single city, especially if they are not intended to make it look interesting and engaging for players. If not, we already have Digimon for sure in either case.
